Unfortunately we must include our terms and conditions but rest assured we want you to spend a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at Beech Hill House. When you make a booking you are entering a contract with us so please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
Prices: Our prices include accommodation with full English breakfast. We prefer payment by cash, debit or credit card, or, if preferred guests may pay by internet or direct banking before they arrive.
Dogs: As dog owners ourselves we appreciate the importance of being with your dog. However, we ask that dogs are not left on their own in the bedrooms at any time should separation anxiety arise and they become distressed. Unfortunately, should your dog cause damage we will unfortunately require payment to repair or replace the damage caused. Dogs are not allowed in the main garden as this is private and for the use of our greyhounds. Dogs should also be kept under control at all times, and they should also be kept on a lead and under control in the hallway and conservatory.
A £30.00 per room per night , non-refundable deposit is required
by one of the following options to confirm each reservation:-
By debit or credit card
By internet/direct banking (please ask for details)
By cheque to clear through our bank before arrival date

Payment in full at the time the booking is made is required by credit or debit card for

Payment in full by credit or debit card is required for all reservations made 14 days or less from the arrival date (including the date of arrival).
A 30% non-refundable deposit is taken for
bookings if reserved more than 14 days in advance with the balance due either before or during the stay.
We reserve the right to take payment in full for any reservation any time following the date the reservation was made.

Cancellation and Insurance:
All telephone bookings are provisional until confirmed in writing or we have received your credit or debit card details and the deposit taken.
For bookings made on-line less than 14 days prior to date of arrival we take payment in full by a credit or debit card.
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you have paid is non-refundable. We also reserve the right to take payment in full at the time of making the booking.
If you need to cancel your reservation please contact us immediately in writing or by email (which you must receive a reply for).
Cancellations made on or within 14 days of arrival will incur
a charge of 100% of the booking.
No shows or early
departures will incur a charge of 100% of the booking.
TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT WE STRONGLY URGE GUESTS TO TAKE OUT HOLIDAY PROTECTION INSURANCE
IN THE EVENT OF NOT BEING ABLE TO STAY.
Non-availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival: Your accommodation will be available for you from 3.30pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 6.00pm.
Departure: Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.30am on the day of departure and your bill, if not settled upon your arrival is payable on departure.
In the event that you depart with your room keys they must be returned to us immediately. We reserve the right to make a charge of up to £200.00 to your credit or debit card should you fail to return them, which is for the costs involved in replacing the lock and keys. The charge to your card is dependant upon our costs.
Damages, Breakages and Losses: Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant and we may make an additional charge of £20.00 if you did not report this. Lost keys and fobs will be charged at £10.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on our premises.
Liability: We do not accept any liability for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions during your stay with us.
Data: Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer for our own use only and will not be disclosed or sold to any third party.
